I’m Josh Pearlman—an experiential producer who grew up inside America’s biggest audio companies.
At Audacy (formerly Entercom) and RADIO.com I scaled live events from 2-market pilots to 50-city tours, managed million-dollar budgets, and negotiated venue contracts from L.A. rooftops to NY penthouses.
Today I lead Revenue Operations at Creative Riff, building hybrid brand universes that live on TikTok as powerfully as they do on the show floor.
